Full-time, non-management position in the Mall of the Emirates area of Dubai; not remote.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, follow policies, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
Preferred qualifications and physical demands
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; no related work experience is specified.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is specified.
- Role involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.
