We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to be, effectively, the engine of our marketing function.

Brand, acquisition, lifecycle, content, site, analytics: all of it lives with you, supported by the CMO and the leverage of the right tools.

This is not a paid-media specialist role and it is not a brand-only role.

We need someone who can write a content manifesto on Monday, ship a Meta plan on Tuesday, fix a lead for drop-off on Wednesday, brief an influencer on Thursday, and pull a clean report of the week on Friday.

Your collaborators sit outside marketing.

You will work day-to-day with the investments team, the sales team, and the tech team, among others.

You will report to the CMO and have real authority over budget and direction inside your scope.

AI should run through how you work.

You already have your own tools and workflows, you keep up with what's new without being told to, and your instinct on any task is to figure out how AI gets it done faster and better.

Not because it's on a checklist or because it sounds fancy, but because it is the only sensible way to do the work of a much larger team.

If your honest answer to "how do you use AI day to day" is a short one, this is probably not the role for you.

"Growth marketing" is the title because no other title quite fits.

In practice you will wear five or six hats every week.

We need someone who is excited about that, not afraid of it.

If you want a role where the playbook is handed to you and you execute it cleanly, this is not it.

What you will co-own

1-

  • Brand, voice, and story
  • How the brand sounds and looks on every surface a customer touches: ads, site, copy, lifecycle, organic social, PR.
  • Creative. Source freelancers and shoots when needed, brief them sharply, and use AI image, video, and editing tools to keep the asset library full and on-brand without waiting on anyone.
  • Defending the brand under pressure. Resist the easy reflex of constant cheap and off-brand content pieces and executions

2- Acquisition

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid across Meta, Google and a rotating bench of test channels
  • Hunt organic angles: SEO, social, partnerships, PR, community
  • Own the monthly ad budget: forecast, pace, allocate, reforecast, defend the spend with a clean view of CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.

3- Lifecycle

  • Own email and SMS in HubSpot & Mailchimp (or similar): flows, campaigns, segmentation, list health, deliverability.

4- Analytics

  • Be comfortable spending time in GA4, Shopify analytics, the ad platforms, and a BI tool. Do not wait for someone else to pull a number for you.
  • Diagnose attribution honestly. We do not believe last-click and we do not believe Meta's self-reported ROAS. We want the truth
  • Who you are
