Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time Growth Manager to join our team in Jeddah.
- The Growth Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through market research and networking.
- Outbound Execution: Lead multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, events) to build a robust pipeline.
- Sales Enablement: Develop high-impact pitch decks, case studies, and tailored proposals.
- Funnel Optimization: Reduce friction at every stage from first contact to signed contract.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with the Managing Director to align strategy with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Mastery of outbound tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and outreach platforms.
- Analytical mindset to identify which channels and messages drive the highest ROI.
- Deep understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Pipeline Velocity.
- 3–8+ years in B2B growth marketing, business development, or high-growth environments.
- Experience in social and environmental impact-driven organizations is a plus
