Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development and Growth Manager located in Riyadh. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and analyzing market trends. The manager will collaborate with teams across the organization to implement growth initiatives, manage key partnerships, prepare proposals, and present business solutions to stakeholders. The individual will play a critical role in driving the company's long-term success and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Planning, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Expertise in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Identifying Growth Opportunities
  • Strong Strategic Thinking, Decision-Making, and Analytical Abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
  • Proficient in project management and business technology tools
  • Understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
