Full-time Group Reservations Coordinator role within the Sales and Marketing team at Novotel Brisbane South Bank.
The role suits someone with hotel Front Office or Reservations experience who wants to move toward a Sales and Marketing career path.
Key responsibilities
- Manage group bookings end-to-end, including rooming lists, payments, cancellations, and terms and conditions.
- Prepare group information sheets and brief hotel stakeholders ahead of group arrivals.
- Maintain accurate filing of group reservations and correspondence.
- Coordinate special requests, VIP and complimentary room procedures, and other reservation matters with departments.
- Manage group-related inventory, monitor business wash, and prepare Group Wash, Business Turndown, and three-month forecast reports.
- Build relationships with PCOs, travel agents, and commercial organisations to generate hotel business.
