- Coordinate activities with Government agencies on all matters referred to him.
- Respond to inquiries from government representatives about the organization and its operation & employees, in order to provide accurate information
- Facilitate communication between company Organizations and Government agencies and guide company employees on Government formalities and assist with company related matters for proper government communications. Take corrective action when needed.
- Represent company in governmental affairs based on the authority given by the manager
- Support Relations representative in any activity or task relating to government interactions in order to accelerate the flow of business.
- Keep accurate documentation of all activities and tasks with governmental agencies for future reference in case of any complications.
- Maintain regular contact with important Government officials and develop a personal knowledge of their backgrounds in order to convey company's objectives and problems.
- Respond to, and coordinate expatriate employees issues that require liaison and representation in front of the Government and its departments.
