Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Procurement Officer supports daily procurement operations by sourcing goods and services and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The role ensures timely, cost-effective purchasing in line with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Source supplier quotations and assist with price and technical comparisons
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and invoices
- Assist in supplier evaluation and vendor registration processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong command of the English language
