Lead the development and delivery of Generative AI products and enterprise AI capabilities in a banking environment.
Bridge business strategy, data science, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable solutions with measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmaps for Generative AI solutions aligned with business transformation objectives.
- Translate AI strategy into prioritized initiatives, product requirements, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Lead cross-functional AI, data science, engineering, and business teams.
- Own multi-squad backlogs, prioritization, agile execution, and cross-platform dependencies.
- Create LLM and agentic workflow evaluation frameworks with KPIs, ROI measures, and performance benchmarks.
- Drive AI observability, governance, fairness, and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
- Engage senior stakeholders and explain technical capabilities through business outcomes and executive narratives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and promote adoption of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Pinecone.
- Lead and develop the team, supporting innovation, continuous improvement, and effective delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on AI-enabled automation and enterprise technology products.
- Proven delivery of enterprise AI platforms and leadership of cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, RLHF, agentic workflows, and AI lifecycle management.
- Experience with agile product management, portfolio prioritization, backlog ownership, and multi-team delivery.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, governance, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Product management or AI strategy certifications are advantageous.
