Role overview

Account operations and governance

• Serve as the primary operations interface with MTDC customers following contract award and align commercial commitments with execution capabilities across regions.
• Drive standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks for MTDC customers.
• Lead cross-regional operating reviews on schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction; establish visibility through dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

Risk and cross-functional coordination

• Identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks; lead mitigation plans and escalations with regional and functional leaders.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, project management, quality, services, and regional delivery teams.
• Influence outcomes in a matrixed global environment and support alignment between account management, regional sales, and post-order execution.

Continuous improvement

• Champion improvements to execution efficiency, predictability, and scalability; capture lessons learned and share best practices across regions and accounts.
• Support digitalization and process maturity initiatives aligned with Eaton Business System principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.
• Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power systems, or large-scale capital projects.
• Familiarity with global framework agreements, long-cycle projects, and multi-region execution models; experience across EMEA and exposure to Americas and APAC operations.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methods; experience with agile, hybrid, or ProLaunch-style methods.
