Profile - General Manager Operations / Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Corporate Office
📌 Location : Qatar, Doha
💰 Salary Range : QAR 33,000 – 40,000 (all‑inclusive)
✅ Qualifications & Experience
- 20–25 years in project management & operations , with 10+ years in senior leadership (Operations Manager / Head of Operations / Director Operations).
- Proven track record in EPC projects across refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, gas plants, or allied industries.
- GCC experience is mandatory .
- Candidates with prior exposure to Qatar operations or progression from Project Manager → GM roles in other geographies are highly relevant.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall projects & workshop operations .
- Align operational strategies with organizational goals for long‑term growth .
- Manage personnel, budgets, project delivery, and interdepartmental cooperation .
- Review project plans, execution phases, and ensure cost/schedule adherence .
- Implement controls over spending & procurement to ensure budget compliance.
- Foster team development , evaluate performance, and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining strong communication channels.
