We are looking for a General Manager to lead a well-established Shipping Agency in Doha, Qatar with full ownership of business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple business units within the shipping agency
- Drive full P&L ownership – revenue, cost, and profitability
- Oversee operations & commercial functions across: Liner Shipping, Dry Containers, RORO Operations, Vessel Operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies across regional & international markets
- Build and lead high-performing teams
What We’re Looking For :
- Senior leader with extensive experience in shipping industry
- Strong exposure to multi-vertical shipping operations - Vessel Operations, RoRo, Dry Containers, Liner Shipping..
- Proven ability to manage independent business units
- Expertise in both operations and commercial functions
- Experience handling large-scale P&L responsibilities
