Job functions
- Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Report project status to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of construction experience in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documents.
