The employer is seeking an ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join its team.
Key responsibilities
- Support ERP implementation through configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for business operations.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and help enhance ERP functionality.
- Provide end-user training and functional assistance as needed.
- Document ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration within the construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ePromis, Oracle, Xpedeon, Focus, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Mandatory strong proficiency in SQL and programming, with hands-on experience in Python, Angular, PowerBuilder, or similar.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced features, functions, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
