We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant/PRO to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience in Dubai, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and administrative expertise.
This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and handling important administrative duties related to visas, work permits, and other legal documents.
Accounting Duties
- Maintain and update accurate financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and payroll.
- Handle banking processes, including deposits and transfers.
PRO Duties
- Process visas, work permits, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records related to government services.
General Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative tasks related to accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare financial reports and communicate results to management.
