We are looking for a highly organized and responsible
Accounts & Administration Executive
to manage accounting operations, HR coordination, compliance activities, and administrative functions for our Dubai office.
Job Summary
The Accounts & Administration Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, financial coordination, HR administration, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and government-related documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, experience in UAE compliance processes, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments, vendors, banks, and government authorities.
This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Accounts & Finance
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping in

- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and accountants for financial reporting and audits.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle

- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to taxation, licenses, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with government departments for approvals, renewals, and compliance matters.
HR & Administration
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts and HR documentation.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and administrative files.
- Coordinate visa documentation and employee-related compliance support.
- Maintain confidential employee and company records.
Vendor & Operational Coordination
- Handle vendor onboarding and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate vendor negotiations and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational and administrative support.
Government & Regulatory Coordination
- Visit government offices and authorities when required for official work.
- Ensure all company licenses, approvals, and regulatory compliances are up to date.
- Coordinate documentation and submissions with relevant UAE authorities.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial, HR, and compliance records.
- Generate reports and maintain operational trackers when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration in the UAE.
- **Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP.**
- **Good knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.**
- **Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR administration.**
- **Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.**
- **Good communication and negotiation skills.**
- **Strong organizational and documentation management skills.**
- **Ability to coordinate with government departments and external agencies.**
- **Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).**
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in healthcare, clinic, or wellness industry is an advantage.
- Flexible and willing to travel locally for government or operational work when required.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
