Overview
🚨 We’re Hiring: Accountant – Floral & E-Commerce Industry
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Accountant to join our growing floral business in the Dubai.
This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping — we need someone who can manage complete financial operations, optimize processes, improve cash flow, and support the financial growth of a fast-paced floral and e-commerce business.
📍 Location: Dubai
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
- 💰 Salary: Up to AED 6,000 + Other Benefits
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle VAT & Corporate Tax filing and compliance
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payments and negotiations
- Reconcile e-commerce payouts, POS systems, bank statements, and financial records
- Monitor cash flow and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Maintain proper inventory costing and reporting for floral products and operations
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–4 years of accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or floral/FMCG businesses
- Strong knowledge of Dubai VAT & Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Talabat, Deliveroo, Instashop, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- CPA/CMA certification is an advantage
