Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Record Keeping:**
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• **Transaction Processing:**
• Recording and reconciling financial transactions, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• **Financial Reporting:**
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• **Payroll and Expense Management:**
• Assisting with payroll processing, employee expense reimbursements, and related tasks.
• **Audits and Taxes:**
• Supporting audits and tax preparation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• **Communication and Coordination:**
• Interacting with internal teams, external vendors, and possibly clients, as needed.
• **Driving and Delivery:**
• Utilizing the UAE driving license for collection from customer
• **General Office Support:**
• Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including managing office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• **MS Office Proficiency:**
• Utilizing MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) for various tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• **Accounting Knowledge:** A good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• **MS Office Proficiency:** Strong skills in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• **UAE Driving License:** A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy and meticulousness in handling financial data and records.
• **Analytical Skills:** The ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and draw conclusions.
• **Communication Skills:** Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and potentially clients.
