The role is a Full Stack Java Enterprise position requiring eight or more years of experience.

Required qualifications
- At least eight years of experience.
- Ability to design and implement software across UI, business logic, and data layers.
- Ability to define and develop REST API contracts.
- Expertise in one or more of React, Angular, TypeScript, Material UI, Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Deep Java and Spring Boot microservices knowledge, including Gradle and Mockito.
- Experience leading unit, component, and end-to-end testing with focus on quality and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud native architecture, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
Technology stack
- Frontend technologies include React, TypeScript, Redux, and Material UI.
- Backend technologies include Node.js, GraphQL, Java, and Spring Boot.
- The database technology listed is PostgreSQL.
- Cloud and development tools include AWS, Git, and GitHub.
Good-to-have experience
- Experience building customer onboarding portals primarily for corporate and investment banking customers is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technology Architect, Business, and Data teams to deliver software solutions.
- Design end-to-end technical solutions and contribute hands-on to code.
- Develop proof-of-concepts to validate proposed technology decisions.
- Break solution designs into technical stories and tasks with a Technical Business Analyst.
- Lead and mentor the development team and provide technical guidance.
- Oversee implementation, delivery, agile ceremonies, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
