Architecture and integration

• Own conversation flow, state management, reliability, and tool-calling architecture.
• Implement client integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication, and middleware.
• Work across the full stack and run internal QA before client delivery.
• Maintain a known-issues log before anything reaches the client.

Client delivery

• Run playback, walkthrough, and refinement sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate technical trade-offs into terms client stakeholders can act on.
• Act as the primary technical responder during testing and rehearsal.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and go-live.

Engineering practice

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability under production load.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of combined hands-on technical delivery and direct enterprise or client-facing responsibility.
• A record of building and shipping production software used by real users, ideally including a conversational AI agent.
• Background in workflow automation, systems integration, or AI/ML-driven platforms. Regulated-industry experience is advantageous.

Technical requirements

• Full-stack coding ability with React or Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, and Python.
• Backend experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• LLM experience covering prompt design, retrieval, document extraction, and system failure modes.
• Chat and voice AI agent experience, including speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration.
• Experience with WebSockets, Socket.io, or SSE for real-time transport.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, middleware, and microservice design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, and AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with asynchronous programming such as asyncio or aiohttp.
• Experience architecting multilingual applications with LTR and RTL layouts.

Working requirements

• Comfort communicating with clients as the primary technical representative and managing issues proactively.
• Fluent English and Arabic with the ability to build and QA software bilingually.
• Willingness to travel and work on client premises for extended periods.
