AI Workflow Engineer

Role Overview

Technical Solution Delivery

• Lead implementation and configuration of the AI workflow automation platform for customers and partners.
• Design and deliver proofs of concept and pilot projects showcasing AI-powered workflows.
• Integrate solutions with third-party systems, APIs, and web services for seamless data flow and interoperability.

Integrations and Customer Delivery

• Use APIs, data connectors, and middleware to integrate ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms; troubleshoot integration issues.
• Collaborate with partner and customer technical teams to understand environments, needs, and business processes.
• Support onboarding, technical training, and enablement sessions; travel for project delivery, onsite workshops, and partner collaboration.

Documentation and Collaboration

• Prepare technical documentation, integration guides, and handover materials for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Relay customer and partner feedback to Product and Engineering to support product improvement.
• Stay current on AI, workflow automation, and enterprise integration trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven technical background in AI, machine learning, workflow automation, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with integrations and APIs, including REST, SOAP, or webhooks.
• Ability to work directly with customer and partner technical teams; strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for client and partner engagements.
• Enterprise platform integration experience is highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bonus: integrations with major ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
• Bonus: familiarity with workflow orchestration engines, coding or scripting (Python preferred), technical workshops or training, or integration security and compliance practices.

Workplace

• On-site in Abu Dhabi; occasional travel to local and international client and partner sites.
