Client engagement and discovery

• Lead deep-dive discovery to identify needs and business drivers beyond surface-level requirements.
• Define workflows and architecture decisions with client teams, build internal advocates, and advise on orchestration design.
• Align IT and Operations stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Solution design and delivery

• Build business cases quantifying ROI and P&L impact.
• Define integrations with client APIs, data sources, and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain design decision logs, interface definitions, and solution playbooks.
• Guide client teams and implementation engineers, resolve blockers, and escalate complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrate business outcomes rather than simply touring product features.

Experience and technical qualifications

• At least 5 years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, or technical business analysis.
• Proven post-sales work directly with enterprise clients.
• Strong background in workflow automation, distributed systems, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
• Expert knowledge discussing AI, APIs, and integrations such as webhooks without regular engineering support.
• Expertise turning vague use cases into robust technical solutions and sequence diagrams.

Collaboration and stakeholder skills

• Re-frame skepticism and remain calm when challenged by stakeholders.
• Engage effectively with client engineers, architects, and executives, and challenge C-suite thinking when appropriate.
