Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha seeks an enthusiastic, customer-focused Front Office Supervisor.
The supervisor is a first point of contact for guests and supports service from check-in through check-out.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct Guest Service Agents and ensure they follow hotel standards and guidelines.
- Greet guests, manage check-ins, respond to requests, and handle account settlements with personalized service.
- Monitor team conduct and assist with staffing records, including overtime, vacations, and personal days.
- Report operational defects and guest-related issues to management promptly.
- Conduct and oversee training and cross-training within the department.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify upselling opportunities that enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain communication between shifts and departments and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Implement and maintain front-office systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven front-office or customer-service experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills and a service-focused approach to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Opera or a similar property-management system.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and standards and experience training and developing team members.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, not mandatory.
