Provide professional and efficient front desk service as a first and last point of contact for guests.
Support daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction with accurate, professional, and welcoming service.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless arrival and departure experience; complete guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions; manage room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, answer telephone calls, and coordinate with other departments.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and safeguard guest information.
- Uphold quality standards and professional appearance and communications; remain visibly present at the front desk and move around for extended periods.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred; no supervisory experience is specified.
- Previous experience in front office, reception, cashiering, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- The posting lists no license or certification.
Preferred skills
- Check-in/check-out procedures, cash handling, payment processing, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Customer service, guest relations, professional complaint handling, communication, attention to detail, and financial accuracy.
- Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment; basic hotel operations and reservation procedures.
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight schedules as required.

- Full-time schedule.
Workplace
- The role is not remote and is based at the hotel's front desk in Dubai.
