Location and schedule
- Based at the property on Diplomatic Street in Doha, Qatar.

Education and experience
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of guest services, front desk, or related professional experience; alternatively, a relevant 2-year degree with no work experience required.

Front office operations and service
- Manage daily operations and service standards, set work goals and priorities, and address guest complaints and conflicts.
- Supervise staffing and shifts, communicate objectives, coach employees, and support guest satisfaction and retention.
- Gather guest feedback, reinforce customer service expectations, and promote continuous improvement.
- Implement guest recognition programs, credit procedures, and same-day selling practices to support revenue and occupancy.
People, policies, and performance
- Support employee development, orientation, hiring, employee feedback, and progressive discipline.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of property policies, operating procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor department financial objectives and take action to meet or exceed goals.
- Perform front desk duties and supervise front office areas as needed.
