Job Summary
The Director of Front Office is responsible for managing the front office team and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the hotel.
The Director of Front Office will work closely with the hotel’s sales and marketing team and ensure that the hotel is meeting its revenue goals.
Additionally, the Director of Front Office will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and procedures to improve the efficiency of the front office operation.
Job Specification
- Candidates must have a dynamic leadership style, possessing excellent communication and decision making skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Command of the English language both written and verbal. Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
- Strong media, presentation and computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the industry.
Job Type: Full-time
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience
- Hospitality Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
