We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and drive the financial strategy of our organization.
The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in supporting business growth, improving profitability, ensuring compliance, and providing financial guidance to senior management.
CFOs typically oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, reporting, risk management, and governance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit functions.
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking facilities.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT requirements, and statutory obligations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead risk management initiatives and safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Support business expansion, acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects.
- Mentor and develop the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or CFA.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
