Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Finance Manager to lead the finance and procurement functions of our hotel operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel accounting, Tally ERP, and purchase & procurement management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with UAE and company regulations.
- Manage Tally ERP for daily accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise purchase and procurement processes, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and purchase order approvals.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure efficient financial control.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and other statutory reports as per UAE laws.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and audit procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to control costs and improve profitability.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
- Lead, train, and motivate the accounts and procurement teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- **Education:**
- CA Inter or ACCA preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and experienced in procurement & vendor management.
- **Skills:**
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Fluency in Gujarati (Preferred); English and Hindi proficiency desirable.

Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
