Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused **Front Desk & Reservations Associate** to join our hotel team.
The successful candidate will handle guest reception, room reservations, check-ins/check-outs, phone inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations through phone, email, walk-ins, and online booking platforms
- Answer guest inquiries and provide hotel information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel reception or reservations is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with booking systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
