Job Description
We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle communication, and support daily office activities.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, and able to manage visitors and administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain reception area and visitor records
- Support basic administrative and office tasks
- Assist internal teams with documentation and coordination
- Ensure smooth front office operations
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Own Visa mandatory (freelance/spouse visa preferred)
- Previous experience in receptionist or front desk role
- Good communication skills in English
- Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
