We're a dynamic and growing organization looking for a highly skilled Front Desk Executive/Admin to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive impression and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who interacts with our company.
Job Summary
We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Executive/Admin to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls and general correspondence efficiently
- Handle front desk operations, meeting room bookings, filing, and data entry.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Manage driver’s itinerary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with event planning and execution.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Experienced in CRM and ERP software is mandatory.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Required Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting the deadlines, and maintain a high level of organization.
- Attention to Detail: has a strong eye into detail to accurately manage data, documents, and correspondence independently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Can-Do Attitude: A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management with minimal supervision to achieve common goals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.
