About Combat Nation

Combat Nation is Dubai’s leading martial arts and functional fitness community, offering Karate, BJJ, Kickboxing, and fitness programs designed to empower kids and adults alike.

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Community Manager & Front Desk Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and be passionate about customer service, community engagement, fitness, or martial arts environments..

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manage class check-ins, memberships, registrations, and payment processing.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, schedules, fees, and promotions.
  • Assist with new member registrations, trial class bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with members and parents to enhance community engagement and member retention.
  • Follow up with inactive members, renewals, and inquiries to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Help create a positive, welcoming, and engaging environment for students and families.
  • Support community-building initiatives, events, and member activities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and lobby area.
  • Support instructors and management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate and assist during special events, belt examinations, tournaments, and community activities.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for all members and visitors.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), email handling, POS systems, scheduling, and membership management software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, administrative, community management, fitness club, or martial arts environments is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in martial arts, fitness, health, wellness, or youth development is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000 (based on experience)
  • Visa + Medical Insurance provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
