Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations
• Prepare and process shipping documents
• Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses
• Ensure smooth customs clearance processes
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Provide operational support to the sales and customer service teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics
• Transferable Iqama
• Available for immediate hiring
• Strong knowledge of freight operations and documentation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus
