Key Responsibilities
Coordinate land freight shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with carriers, shippers, and internal teams to optimize routes, reduce costs, and manage schedules.
Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork and related documentations.
Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers, maintain strong relationships with service providers.
Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
