- Mandatory details/Skills – Experience working in Air freight operations experience ,AWB documentation, Customs documentation knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end air freight export and import operations
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and Ground Handling Agents (GHA)
- Prepare and process Air Waybills (AWB) and shipment documentation
- Handle airline bookings and cargo scheduling through online portals
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international shipping standards
- Track shipments and provide timely operational updates to customers and stakeholders
- Maintain shipment trackers, operational records, and status reports
- Perform invoicing, cost booking, and shipment profitability checks
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues proactively
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Strong understanding of international shipping procedures
Experience
using Cargo Wise or similar logistics software preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
