Freelance videographer role filming shoots across Dubai locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on briefs, shot lists, storyboard concepts, and location scouting.
- Film cinematic footage using professional digital cinema or mirrorless cameras.
- Set up lighting, microphones, and ambient audio capture.
- Use three-axis gimbals; perform aerial shoots when licensed.
- Direct non-professional subjects, models, or talent on set.
- Organize and transfer raw footage; project-dependent editing may include cuts, color grading, and audio mixing.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Provide a showreel demonstrating strong visual standards, framing, and movement.
- Hold a valid UAE freelance visa or work permit, or official freelance license, and a valid Emirates ID.
- Own or have immediate access to professional 4K camera, gimbal, wireless audio, and portable lighting equipment.
- Know Dubai media regulations, location permitting, and restricted-zone drone flight rules.
- Professional working English is required; Arabic is a bonus.
- Have a valid UAE Driver’s License and personal transport for travel to shoot locations.
- Drone aerial work is conditional on being licensed.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,200–6,700 per month.
