What You'Ll Do
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and your professional network.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates for assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines within your area of expertise.
- Coordinate with the Zippy Talent team throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

- Experience recruiting across international markets is an advantage.
