We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head our
Data Security Division
and drive the next phase of growth across the Middle East market.
The Business Head will be responsible for developing the overall business strategy, expanding market presence, strengthening vendor alliances, and leading enterprise sales initiatives focused on Data Security and Cyber Security solutions.
This role requires a strong blend of business leadership, strategic sales, vendor management, and team-building capabilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in scaling cyber security businesses and managing key enterprise and channel relationships within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Security business vertical with full ownership of revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and build strategic growth plans across the GCC region.
- Drive the development of new customer acquisition and account expansion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, government entities, banking institutions, telecom companies, and strategic channel partners.
- Lead high-value enterprise sales engagements and oversee the complete sales lifecycle.
- Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for Data Security solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive demand generation, vendor campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Manage strategic relationships with global cyber security vendors and OEMs.
- Develop joint business plans with vendors to maximize market penetration and revenue contribution.
- Ensure partner enablement through sales training, technical workshops, and business development activities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Cyber Security, with significant exposure to Data Security solutions and regional markets.
- Proven success in managing business units, enterprise sales, and P&L ownership.
- Strong network within the GCC cyber security ecosystem including enterprise customers, channel partners, and OEMs.
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, system integrators, or cyber security vendors.
- Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive business transformation and scale operations in a competitive market.
