Role Summary
The FP&A Senior Manager will act as the primary FP&A counterpart to business units and regional finance teams across the organization.
The role will lead business performance reviews, capital allocation governance and support investment decisions across organic growth, restructuring and M&A activities.
The position will also coordinate senior leadership and shareholder reporting requirements and ensure that business unit performance is translated into actionable insights and priorities.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary FP&A partner for business units and regional finance teams across the organization.
- Lead business performance reviews, variance analysis and forecasting processes for the business units.
- Drive CapEx governance, investment prioritization and capital allocation processes across the organization.
- Review business cases, financial models and investment proposals to ensure alignment with return thresholds and strategic priorities.
- Support M&A activities, including valuation analysis, due diligence, synergy modelling and business case preparation.
- Coordinate post-merger integration tracking, synergy delivery and performance reviews.
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimization, profitability improvement and working capital enhancement.
- Coordinate senior leadership and shareholder reporting requirements related to business performance, CapEx and strategic initiatives.
- Develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards and business review templates.
- Support the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process with a strong focus on investment priorities and business unit performance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, business partnering or financial transformation roles.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualification would be a strong plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, project management and digital finance skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems, planning tools, Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Fluency in English.
