Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.

In this role, you will act as a strategic liaison between the HR function and business units, providing effective HR solutions that support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving organizational performance through managing recruitment, HR operations, and performance management, within a dynamic environment, preferably in the construction or operations & maintenance sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding their HR needs and supporting overall business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle in coordination with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and implement performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Provide HR guidance and advisory to managers on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Support employee development initiatives and contribute to enhancing the work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
  • Previous experience in construction or operations & maintenance companies is preferred.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
