Role overview

Civil and architectural works

• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, and finishing activities, including blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, painting, gypsum partitions, and ceilings.
• Oversee concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, and general construction; ensure execution follows approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to maintain progress.

MEP works supervision

• Coordinate and supervise electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and firefighting installations.
• Coordinate Civil and MEP teams to avoid clashes and rework; monitor installation progress and readiness for inspections and testing.
• Coordinate specialized MEP technicians and subcontractors and ensure work follows approved drawings and project requirements.

Site and project management

• Allocate manpower and supervise workers, technicians, helpers, and subcontractors; monitor productivity and resource use.
• Conduct daily site briefings, maintain discipline, cleanliness, organization, and safety, and coordinate materials, equipment, and tools.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors; plan daily and weekly work and monitor schedules.
• Identify delays, take corrective action, sequence Civil and MEP work, and support inspections, snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Quality and safety

• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards and client expectations; arrange correction of defective work.
• Enforce site safety procedures and proper PPE use.
• Reduce material wastage, rework, and productivity losses while maintaining finishing quality.

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, and MEP coordination.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP works; experience supervising multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and understand construction sequences, site coordination, and finishing standards.
• Manpower management and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred; luxury fit-out, commercial renovation, and fast-track project experience is an advantage.
