Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Register and prequalify the company with governmental, semi-governmental, and major private entities across the UAE.
• Manage contractor and vendor registrations, prequalification submissions, renewals, and required documentation.
• Identify construction, fit-out, renovation, design-build, and maintenance opportunities.
• Build relationships with government entities, developers, consultants, project management companies, and major organizations.
• Arrange client meetings and presentations introducing company capabilities and project portfolios.
• Track RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for tender opportunities.
• Maintain a database of potential clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.
• Follow up on registrations, prequalifications, and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare regular pipeline reports covering registrations, opportunities, meetings, tenders, and potential project values.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE business development experience in construction, contracting, fit-out, or a related industry.
• Experience with vendor registration and contractor prequalification processes is required.
• A demonstrable record of generating leads and converting opportunities into projects is required.
• Knowledge of the UAE construction and tendering market is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• An existing UAE government, semi-government, developer, or consultancy network is highly preferred.
• Strong English communication is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
• A UAE driving license is preferred.
