Food Delivery Aggregator Operations Executive

Role overview

Platform and branch operations

• Manage daily operations on Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, Noon Food, and Careem; monitor branch availability and uninterrupted ordering.
• Coordinate with aggregator account managers, restaurant managers, kitchen teams, and branch managers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure branches follow aggregator requirements and address recurring problems with corrective actions.

Menus, orders, and refunds

• Check menus, prices, descriptions, modifiers, and item availability; coordinate updates to menus, promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Monitor order acceptance, rejection, cancellations, missed orders, preparation delays, and branch performance; investigate root causes.
• Review refunds, complaints, deductions, and charges; raise platform disputes, follow through to resolution, and track recovered amounts.

Sales, reporting, and improvement

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery sales, order volumes, cancellations, refunds, platform performance, and sales trends.
• Prepare Excel reports and management dashboards; identify low-performing branches and assess promotional impact on sales and profitability.
• Recommend improvements to conversion, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and avoidable platform losses.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, F&B Operations, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in aggregator management, restaurant online delivery, or cloud kitchen operations.
• Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets or brands and practical knowledge of the named aggregator merchant platforms.
• Strong understanding of online orders, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and platform operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data-analysis proficiency; strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must have practical experience managing restaurant-side food delivery aggregator platforms.

Preferred profile

• UAE multi-brand restaurant group, QSR chain, or cloud kitchen experience; hands-on aggregator dashboards and merchant portals.
• Experience covering 10 or more branches, platform performance indicators, and operational reporting.
• Track record of reducing cancellations, resolving refund disputes, and improving online sales performance.

Pay

• AED 4,000–6,500 per month.

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
