- What you will be doing:
- Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
- Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
- Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
- Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
- Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
- Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.
