Role Overview Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. With a focus on leadership, team management, and customer service, the Floor Manager directs front-of-house staff, coordinates service activities, and collaborates with management to achieve operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-House Operations: Oversees all aspects of front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments. Ensures the dining room is properly set up, clean, and organized before each service period, maintaining table settings, décor, and ambiance to reflect the restaurant’s standards. Monitors food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the brand’s excellence.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Ensures guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service from arrival to departure. Addresses inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintains a strong presence on the floor to engage with guests and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Development: Leads front-of-house staff by setting high service standards and leading by example. Provides ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to enhance staff performance and professional growth. Conducts regular inspections of service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Works closely with management, kitchen, and service teams to coordinate operations, manage peak periods, and support events or special services. Ensures smooth communication across departments to maintain efficiency and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working preferably in Dubai within the hospitality with specific expertise in managing large-scale operations featuring floor management of daily operations
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire staff.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including kitchen, reservation s and quality control to achieve business objectives.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and maintain operational efficiency.
