You will lead operations for high-volume, "eatertainment" venues, managing fast-paced shifts that blend casual dining with interactive social experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations and FOH teams in a high-volume setting.
- Maintain a vibrant atmosphere and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and licensing compliance.
- Train and motivate staff to drive beverage and food sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in casual dining or entertainment venues.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, guest-first attitude.
