Floor Manager
About This Role
Oversees daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth team performance, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service flow and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints
- Lead, train, and motivate floor staff
- Monitor sales, upselling, and team performance
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards
- Coordinate with kitchen/back-of-house and manage stock levels
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in hospitality/retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Customer satisfaction

- Service efficiency
- Staff productivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
