Operations Floor Manager

About This Role

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the shop floor and ensure smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and support staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate with management for stock control and inventory management.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Floor Manager or similar retail/supervisory role in Any Retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Dubai
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 3500 (Per month)
• Visa: Provided
• Preferred: Philippines or any other nationalities
