Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Junior Fit-Out Estimator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and interior projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Prepare tender submissions and project cost reports
- Conduct site visits when required
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of materials, pricing, and market rates
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
