Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Project Manager to oversee and manage joinery and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects within timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of joinery and fit-out projects
- Plan project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams
- Supervise joinery production, site installation, and quality control
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Identify and resolve site and project-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in joinery or fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- UAE driving license preferred
