Job Description
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Manager to support our marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, and stories)
- Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Good communication and writing skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
