Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Manager to support our marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, and stories)
• Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Good communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Basic video editing skills
• Understanding of analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
